The Shippon

Dogs
1 dog is welcome by prior arrangement. A supplementary fee of £30 will be added to your invoice per dog. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.

Smoking
The Shippon is strictly non-smoking.

Arrival and departure
The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival.  Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.

EV
The Shippon features a Zappi EV charger - please contact the owners upon arrival for rates based on usage.

Security deposit
A security deposit of £200.00 is required.  The owner will contact you before your stay to arrange payment. This will  be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.
