With its spectacular, rugged scenery and coastline, prehistoric sites, old churches and interesting wildlife, Exmoor is an ideal location for walkers, artists and photographers.

This upside-down accommodation is designed so that the open plan sitting, dining and kitchen areas offer you enhanced views of the surrounding countryside, whilst downstairs there are three double en-suite bedrooms. The smallest bedroom has its own dressing room, which can also double up as a child's (over 8 years of age) bedroom, on request. 

Please note, this property is not suitable for young children. Children aged 8+ are welcome, as are young babies (not crawling) but cot/high chair cannot be provided. This is due to the nature of the building and the suspended walkways with railings on the first floor.
Also, we suggest that the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Security deposit
A security deposit of £100 is required when booking this property. This will be added to the total price of your booking, and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.  

Changeover day is Saturday. Short breaks may be possible in the off-season.
