Enjoy a tranquil break in a charming 2-bedroom holiday cottage near North Devon's golden coastline. Springfield Linney, in Marwood near Barnstaple, welcomes dogs and families, accommodating up to four guests in a double and double/twin bedroom. This tastefully decorated cottage boasts panoramic views from Hartland to Crow Point, a private hot tub, and an enclosed garden.

A security deposit of £200.00 is required.  The owner will contact you before your stay to arrange payment. This will  be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.

The open plan living area retains its original character features, including a vaulted ceiling. New additions include a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings, a TV, and comfortable seating to enjoy countryside views. Doors open onto the terrace, bringing the outdoors inside.

The well-equipped kitchen features an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. An extendable table for four is perfect for meals, with access to the large terrace for al fresco dining.

The first bedroom is a double with countryside views and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double/twin with direct terrace access. Next to it is the family bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin, and WC.

The cottage is surrounded by a spacious, mostly lawned garden, perfect for families and dogs. It's fully enclosed with fencing separating it from neighbouring fields and has a gate leading to the parking area.
