Inside, you'll discover two inviting living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, a separate dining room, five bedrooms on the first floor (including two doubles and three twins), and three bathrooms, with two conveniently situated on the ground floor. It's an ideal space for adults seeking tranquillity, but it also suits teenagers and children looking for some downtime. The Snug features a spacious sofa and a generously sized armchair. Additionally, you'll find a decorative fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player in this room. At the opposite end of the house, you'll discover the double-aspect formal dining room—a place for everyone to gather for meals. The substantial dining table comfortably seats up to 10, and the kitchen is well-stocked with a wide range of cutlery and crockery. Situated at the rear of Braunton Farmhouse is the well-appointed kitchen. This charming farmhouse-style kitchen, decorated in neutral tones, boasts a large fridge, a separate freezer, a microwave, a slow cooker, an electric oven with a hob, a coffee machine, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There's also a convenient round table, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or keeping the chef company. One of the two ground floor bathrooms is positioned near the rear entrance of the farmhouse and includes a shower, a washbasin, and a WC—perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the nearby North Devon beaches.
