From the front door there is a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a sitting room with comfortable sofas and TV. There is a second sitting room, again with comfy seating and TV, so plenty of space to leisurely spread around the cottage relaxing. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one king-size, one double with adjacent shower room, hand-basin & WC, triple room which two beds can join together for a double and one single room.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, hand-basin and W.C. In the stable block is a drying room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dog, boot, bike washing area! The garden affords you access to the adjacent 7 acres of woodland.

Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double with adjacent shower room, 1 x triple with a zip & link, 1 x single room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room. Second sitting room. Drying room.
