A convenient ground floor cloakroom, located opposite the main entrance, includes a wash basin, WC, and coat hooks. The open plan living area also houses a dining area with a spacious wooden table that can comfortably seat up to eight and can be extended if needed, accommodating a wheelchair with ease. Patio doors from the living area open directly onto the patio, and a ramp can be provided upon request for easier garden access. The downstairs double bedroom boasts a king-size bed, armchair, wardrobe, and drawers, with ample space for wheelchair manoeuvring. The ensuite bathroom is fully accessible and includes a wheelchair-friendly walk-in shower with a seat and handrail, a wash basin, and a WC with grab rails. The Master Bedroom on the first floor offers countryside views and a central king-size bed.
