Nuthatch is a romantic one bedroom cottage with a pretty four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, suitable for two people, set in the beautiful East Devon countryside, just 15 minutes drive from the M5 (J27).

The cottage is on Three Gates Farm, a converted 17th century farm with five 4 star holiday cottages near Tiverton.

Guests have access to a large heated indoor swimming pool (33ft), sauna, gym, children's play areas, 12ft trampoline, laundry facilities, an enclosed pond area with ducks and friendly chickens and two acres of grounds. The cottage is single storey and has an open plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a lounge area with flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and video player, telephone and free WiFi.

Nuthatch has oil-fired central heating and a log-burning stove, making this attractive cottage a cosy retreat for two. Cot and high chair available on request.

We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs for an additional charge of £20 per dog (max 2).
