Adjacent to the lounge is a spacious dining area with a huge wooden table that comfortably seats 10, ideal for special occasions and celebrations. The dining area is well-lit and airy, blending seamlessly with the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a large range electric oven, gas hobs, a microwave, a Bosch dishwasher, and two fridges. A washing machine and freezer are also provided.

A door off the kitchen leads to a convenient ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, making it suitable for guests who prefer not to use the stairs.

Heading upstairs via the wide staircase from the entrance hall, you'll find a first-floor hallway with sloping ceilings, wooden beams, and traditional floorboards from Ilfracombe Town's former theatre.

The first room off the hallway is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, overlooking the courtyard. It's elegantly furnished with antique pine furniture and includes a cot. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, washbasin, and toilet.

Further down the hallway, there's a charming twin bedroom with sloped ceilings, a lovely single bedroom with a Victorian-style daybed, and another twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a fully-fitted family bathroom with a bath and overhead electric shower.

At the end of the hallway, the former hayloft has been transformed into an elegant Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. This room also offers picturesque views of the North Devon countryside and a flat-screen TV.
