Whitley Farm in Molland (Devon) is a period farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, now available for holiday bookings. Guests are sure to fall for the charm and character of this property, set in a stunning secluded rural location with outstanding moorland views; with three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a single bedroom with a cot, the property is well suited to a large family group. Sleeps up to 9 guests plus cot One super-king sized bed Two king-size bedrooms One ground floor twin bedroom One single room with a cot Spacious sitting room with large inglenook and wood-burner (and safety guard rail) Dining room with wood-burner Kitchen with American-style fridge freezer, oven, hob, etc. Upstairs family bathroom, comprising bath and separate shower Ground floor shower room Large, private garden - including a pond Dogs welcome (maximum of 3) for £20 supplement per dog Local pub is just over a mile away in Molland Endless walks from the doorstep Bed linen and towels are provided Electricity, heating and wifi included Arrive from 4pm Depart by 10 am Dogs are welcome (maximum of 3) for a supplementary fee of £20 per dog per booking. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time. This property is strictly non-smoking. Good housekeeping bond This property has a good housekeeping bond of £500, however we don't require it upfront and in the event of breakages, damages and extra costs incurred as a result of your stay we will speak to you before we take any action. The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.

The ground floor comprises the utility/boot room with plenty of space for coats and outside footwear, the lounge, with wood burning stove set in a large fireplace; the country style kitchen, fitted with the essential appliances for a week away (American style fridge-freezer, oven, hop, washing machine, etc); the dining room, complimented by another wood burning stove; and the conservatory which leads into the garden. There is one ground-floor bedroom which has two single beds. Plus a ground floor shower room (shower, toilet and hand basin). Upstairs are the other four bedrooms, the master which has a super-king bed, two with king size beds and a single room with a bed and cot. The family bathroom comprises bath, separate shower, toilet and hand basin. Electricity and heating is included in the price of your accommodation. The property has oil-fired central heating which can be adjusted to suit your preferences and the seasons. A basket of logs and kindling will be provided for each wood-burner in the cooler months. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.

Whitley Farm is set within beautiful private gardens of just under 1 acre, complete with pond, in a secluded position near the southern boundary of Exmoor National Park.

The property enjoys moorland views and the opportunity for walks from the doorstep are many.

The nearby pub, The London Inn, is in the village of Molland which is just over a mile away.

The market town of South Molton is a short drive and explore a range of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes, along with twice weekly market selling local goods and fresh produce.
