The two bedrooms (one double bed and one adult bunks) and the wet room with shower, basin and toilet are all off the living area. There's also a handy utility room and the luxury of a covered hot tub. The property is laid out all on the ground floor: open-plan living area with dining and kitchen. The kitchen includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. The two bedrooms (one double and one adult bunk-beds) and the wet room with shower, toilet and hand basin. Heating and electricity are included in the price. Bed linen and cottage towels are provided. Guests are advised to bring robes and towels for the hot tub. Cot and highchair available on request. Dishwasher tablets, bin liners and toilet rolls will be provided in the property when you arrive, but you will need to supply your own once these have been used. You will also need to bring your own cleaning products. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, strictly no smoking.

Lawned garden at front, side and rear of the property which is fenced with post and rails so dogs and children will need to be supervised. Private undercover hot tub, wooden veranda, seating and BBQ. The hot tub can be used daily until the last night when it can be used until 7 pm. The owners recommend you bring towels, robes and flip-flops for use with the hot tub.

Located just two miles from the ancient coastal port of Watchet, this is an ideal base to explore Exmoor National Park and The Quantock Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There... are many pretty coastal and inland villages to explore including Porlock with its steep hill leading up to the moorland above it, and pretty winding streets. Dunster is just a few miles down the road with the dramatic Dunster Castle (National Trust) perched above the historic medieval village. And there's also the popular coastal resort of Minehead which is the main town in West Somerset, with sandy beach, golf course and traditional seaside attractions. This area is an excellent choice for rural beauty, dramatic coastline and splendid walking! There are a multitude of rural pursuits including walking, clay pigeon shooting, archery, horse riding, fishing and golf.

For family fun, a 15 minute drive takes you to Minehead with a delightful seafront, sandy beach, plenty of shops and departure station for the West Somerset Railway. A wonderful cottage in a perfect location for exploring the area.
