Braefoot is a two bedroom cottage located in a pretty village close to the North Devon coast.
It is deceptively spacious with a good sized open plan living area, consisting of a living room kitchen and dining area.  Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, with the twin room leading into the main double.  There is also a family bathroom.
Outside there is seating in the shared courtyard as well as over 4 acres of ground to explore with walks and two lakes where you can fish.  There is also a children's play area and a communal lawn
