The kitchen/diner is well-equipped for couples or families staying in North Devon, featuring an electric oven with hob, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A spacious table with leather chairs comfortably seats up to four guests, and a high chair can be provided for families with young children.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that share the family bathroom, equipped with a bath with a shower attachment, a WC, and a washbasin.
