This fantastic self-catering accommodation can comfortably host up to 10 guests, making it perfect for gatherings of friends or family holidays. Laid out over three floors, the property is conveniently situated just a brief stroll from the renowned beach and boasts a spacious terrace with its own hot tub, providing stunning views of Woolacombe and the Atlantic Ocean. The five bedrooms are distributed across two floors, including two doubles and a bunk room on the first floor. On the same floor, there's a family-style double bedroom with an ensuite toilet and an adjoining twin bedroom separated by a sliding door. A first-floor family bathroom with a double-ended bath completes the setup. Coast View boasts a spacious front terrace with panoramic beach and ocean views, featuring the hot tub. To the rear, there's a sizable garden mainly laid to lawn, equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxation. Security deposit A security deposit of £500.00 is required. The owner will contact you before your stay to arrange payment. This will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.

Heading back through the hallway, you'll find an expansive kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with everything needed for cooking and catering to a large group during a self-catering holiday. Appliances include a double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a 5-ring gas hob. There's also access to a ground floor cloakroom. A substantial dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, with a high chair available for those with infants. Additionally, there's a small children's table and chairs. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a separate wooden bench, and another cosy nook with a large armchair and side table offer lovely spots to relax with a book or a cup of tea. This room enjoys beautiful views of the rear garden and the countryside beyond, with a door leading out to the back patio area, where you'll find sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The first bedroom is a delightful double bedroom at the front of the house, boasting a king-sized bed, ample storage, and breath-taking sea views. Next, there's a family bathroom featuring a spacious roll-top bath, wash basin, and WC. The second bedroom is a well-appointed double bedroom with a king-size bed, freestanding wardrobe, and dressing table. This room offers fantastic views of the garden, surrounding countryside, and sea views from its side balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room equipped with bunk beds and space for a cot. A steep staircase ascends to the second floor, leading to the fourth bedroom.
