A spacious L-shaped corner sofa, complemented by numerous armchairs, provides comfortable seating for relaxation in front of the wood-burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings or enjoying TV and films.

Heading back through the hallway, you'll find an expansive kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with everything needed for cooking and catering to a large group during a self-catering holiday. Appliances include a double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a 5-ring gas hob. There's also access to a ground floor cloakroom.

A substantial dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, with a high chair available for those with infants. Additionally, there's a small children's table and chairs. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a separate wooden bench, and another cosy nook with a large armchair and side table offer lovely spots to relax with a book or a cup of tea. This room enjoys beautiful views of the rear garden and the countryside beyond, with a door leading out to the back patio area, where you'll find sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

A narrow hallway leads to two separate shower rooms, each featuring spacious shower cubicles and wash basins. A utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, and other cleaning equipment. Finally, at the end of the hallway, there's a second sitting room—a snug/games room furnished with a sofa, oversized bean bags, a TV, games, toys, and books. A door from this room leads out to the front terrace with the hot tub and charcoal BBQ.

A staircase near the front entrance leads to the first floor, where you'll find the first three bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The first bedroom is a delightful double bedroom at the front of the house, boasting a king-sized bed, ample storage, and breath-taking sea views. Next, there's a family bathroom featuring a spacious roll-top bath, wash basin, and WC. The second bedroom is a well-appointed double bedroom with a king-size bed, freestanding wardrobe, and dressing table. This room offers fantastic views of the garden, surrounding countryside, and sea views from its side balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room equipped with bunk beds and space for a cot.

A steep staircase ascends to the second floor, leading to the fourth bedroom. This bedroom includes a double bed, sloping ceilings, a chest of drawers, a hanging rail, and sea views from the Velux windows. It also has access to a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. A sliding door opens into a twin room, furnished with two single beds—ideal for parents holidaying with young children.
