Seymour Heights is a recently refurbished Victorian residence, artfully reconstructed to showcase sophistication and refinement while embracing the breath-taking vistas of Woolacombe Beach. This modern and luminous haven offers an idyllic retreat. As you step through the grand front door of Seymour Heights, you're welcomed into a bright foyer that seamlessly flows into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a utility room to the right and a ground floor en-suite bedroom to the left. The full-height sliding glass door in the dining room provides an expansive view of Woolacombe, Croyde's Baggy Point, and Hartland in the distance. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or upstairs. The wooden bin storage area at the rear of the house provides space to store your bike or surfboard. Located less than 1 km from the beach, Seymour Heights is a 15-minute walk from Woolacombe Beach, although the hill is steep, so driving may be more convenient. Security deposit A security deposit of £400.00 is required. The owner will contact you before your stay to arrange payment. This will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.

The open-plan kitchen and dining room are bathed in natural light, with the sun sweeping over the hills and setting over the ocean horizon. Enjoy a home-cooked meal around the dining table, which comfortably seats six, while you observe birds soaring down to the beach and waves breaking below. The kitchen boasts a spacious fridge-freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and an electric oven and hob. A kitchen island with seating for two at the breakfast bar adds to the culinary experience. Board games tucked away in a side cabinet provide evening entertainment before you retire to the inviting living area. Here, two generously sized sofas, each seating three people, face a wall-mounted TV and an ocean-view window. Large coffee tables, lamps, and ample natural light from the windows create an inviting and cosy ambiance. Ascending the stairs to the right, you'll find the master bedroom, which provides sea views while you rest beneath the covers of your king-size double bed. Bedside tables on either side of the bed feature lamps, and a spacious wardrobe and a set of drawers occupy the corner of the room. Continuing down the hall to the left, you'll reach the family bathroom, complete with a stylish roll-top bath, an enclosed shower, a toilet, a sink, and a heated towel rail. Further along the hallway, the twin bedroom awaits, offering two full-sized single beds, a central bedside table with a lamp, an open wardrobe with a hanging rail, and drawers.
