Perched high on a cliff with commanding views of Combesgate Beach and just a short stroll from Woolacombe town center and its extensive 3-mile stretch of golden sandy beach, Sunnycliffe House is a splendid 3-bedroom self-catered holiday retreat. This charming house features three bedrooms: a spacious king-size double room with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and WC, a second double room, and a delightful twin room with a small balcony offering sweeping vistas of the surrounding countryside and sea. Each bedroom provides panoramic sea views extending across Woolacombe Bay to Baggy Point. The first floor of the house boasts an open-plan layout, including a well-appointed kitchen with amenities such as an electric built-in oven, a four-ring hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a four-slice toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a convenient utility room with a WC, sink, washing machine, and an ironing board. The remaining area on the first floor is primarily a bright and inviting lounge area featuring two leather sofas, a tub chair, and bean bags, all arranged around a flat-screen TV/DVD. At the far end of this space, you'll find a dining area with a pine table and chairs. The lounge opens onto a breathtaking terrace furnished with a picnic table and sun loungers, offering incredible vistas of the sea and Woolacombe beach. Additionally, there's a charming balcony on the side of the house with a glass balustrade, providing unobstructed views of the beach.
