Sole Bay is a fantastic 4-bedroom family house in the heart of Croyde, North Devon's coastal gem. It comfortably sleeps six adults and 2 children, with two spacious double bedrooms and a fun children's bunk bedroom. Just a 5-minute walk from Croyde's lively pubs and restaurants, Sole Bay is also a short stroll from the beautiful Croyde beach, while Saunton and Putsborough's sandy shores are a quick 5-minute drive away. The ground floor features a large kitchen with integrated appliances, a mezzanine-style double bedroom accessible by a ladder, and a modern shower room. The living area is equipped with comfortable sofas, a wood burner, and a TV, along with board games for family entertainment. A sunny conservatory with a large dining table and access to the garden is perfect for family meals and BBQs. On the second floor, you'll find two spacious double bedrooms with king-size beds, ample storage, and views of the front of the house. There's also a playful children's bunk room with two single beds, and a large family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The sunny garden boasts a large Willow tree for shade, a terrace with outdoor seating for al fresco dining, and a sloped lawn for children to play safely. Parking is available in the village car park just 160m from the house. Croyde offers an array of excellent pubs and award-winning restaurants. The beach is known for its great surfing, and lessons can be arranged. Enjoy coastal walks to Baggy Point and Woolacombe for adventurous outings. You can open the Velux window above the bed to enjoy the soothing sounds of owls hooting in the nearby fields as you drift off to sleep. The ensuite shower room is contemporary and luxurious, featuring a rain shower. This room also has its own private entrance from the garden, which is convenient for showering after a swim or surf. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation, with comfy sofas and a log burner. It's an ideal place to unwind, watch a film, or enjoy board games. Patio doors lead to the bright and airy conservatory, where a dining table comfortably seats eight for evening meals and BBQs. Upstairs, you'll find two large double bedrooms with king-size beds and ample storage, both offering views of the front of the house.
