The front door opens into a spacious porch/bootroom you then enter the hallway; a large sitting room is to the right, with plenty of comfortable seating for 6 guests plus a selection of games and puzzles in the storage bench.
The kitchen-dining room is to the left of the hallway, and is fitted with all new appliances. French doors lead onto a patio area beside the cottage, making al fresco dining a breeze. From the kitchen is a downstairs double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom (bath, toilet, and hand basin). There is also a downstairs toilet with hand basin off the hallway under the stairs.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms consisting of toilet, hand basin and shower. The upstairs bedrooms are one double and one twin. There are three bedrooms in total (two doubles and one twin).
