Start Your Saturday with a Scenic Sprint: Minehead Parkrun at 9am
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just enjoy a brisk weekend walk, Minehead parkrun is a brilliant way to start your Saturday. Free, friendly, and open to all, it takes place every Saturday at 9am, starting by the Clock Tower on Minehead Esplanade, right next to Jubilee Café and the Crazy Golf, and just opposite Minehead West Somerset Railway Station (Steam Train).
A Seaside Route to Remember
The course is a flat, fast, and scenic out-and-back route along the seafront. You’ll start beside the Clock Tower and follow the Promenade east, with views of the beach and coastline all the way. The route turns just before the golf course and loops back, giving you a brilliant view of the hills and sea in both directions. It’s a great option for runners chasing a PB, as well as walkers enjoying the salty breeze.
