The cottage boasts its private garden, complete with a patio area, ensuring all guests can enjoy their own space and privacy as needed. During the summer months, the addition of a BBQ is a fantastic feature.  Each one is fully fenced-in, providing a secure environment for your dogs.

Our indoor pool is maintained at a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius and has a consistent depth of 1.2 meters, suitable for both serious swimmers and older children who can stand comfortably. Guests have the option to reserve exclusive hour-long sessions for the pool. The pool complex also offers two changing rooms, a toilet, and a shower for your convenience.

In addition to the pool, our spacious games room is a popular choice among our guests. It comes equipped with various amenities, including a Nintendo Wii, pool table, and table tennis for entertainment. Moreover, there are plenty of activities designed for babies and toddlers to enjoy during their stay.

In addition to our fantastic climbing frame, children can safely enjoy unlimited outdoor fun in our garden. Activities like badminton, swing ball, and football are available for them to play to their heart's content. And during the summer holidays, our complimentary and enjoyable cooking lessons provide an extra special treat for our young guests.

Every summer holiday, our guests have a blast on our exhilarating 20-meter slip 'n' slide, located in our sloping North Devon field. The combination of the natural incline and the sunny weather makes it an unforgettable experience for all.

Our modern conservatory is conveniently situated just adjacent to the swimming pool area. With comfortable sofas, it's the perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing drink, particularly on summer evenings. Plus, the conservatory is fully heated, making it suitable for use throughout the year, ensuring your comfort and relaxation.

Our private three-acre woods offer an ideal setting for dog walks and leisurely strolls amidst picturesque scenery. Keep an eye out for deer, pheasants, and various other wildlife that call these woods home, enhancing your nature-filled experience.
