The towns and villages of Exmoor are bursting with charm. For the most part, settlements vary from tiny hamlets to quintessential English villages. There are a few small to moderately sized towns, but no bright lights and cosmopolitan city vibes. Exmoor is really a rural countryside region, in tune with its roots and traditional ways.
